Alicia Palm-Cartnail is the Executive Director/Founder of 3RC Community Resource. She is a divorced mother of 3 young men of whom the company is named after... RayShaun, Rondorian Jr. & Rae~Quon Cartnail.

 

Alicia started the 3RC Community Resource because there was no truly affordable housing in the county where she resides. So, from this moment 3RC Community Resource was formed.

It has grown to provide other family needs, visiting nursing homes, rehabilitation centers and shelters; doing Holiday food & gifts drives, back pack giveaways, clothing, household items, College Scholarships, etc.

3RC Community Resource is very active in {Lou Gehrig's Disease}  ALS Awareness and Cancer Awareness. Alicia has lost her Paternal grandparents, aunts & uncles to ALS. She has also have lost family members to Various types of cancer.
